Monday, May 18-22, 2020, 4th Period P.E.: Week 9 Workout Log

Hello Everyone,

For each day of the week, please complete three of the muscle groups listed on this workout card:


After completing your workouts, list the workouts you completed each day with type/ weight/ reps. Workout Log needs to be completed by Friday May 22, 2020 at 3:30pm.  You may also want to consider alternative workouts that I will except for a muscle group. Those activities include running at least a mile or interval sprinting, cycling for at least 30 minutes, a Yoga workout, and swimming. Whatever it is, list it in your workout log.

For this week's assignment, the first thing you should do is view this cookie baking video linked here. After watching that video, please evaluate the following list of commonly baked cookies:

  1. M&M Cookies
  2. Butter Cookies 
  3. Sugar Cookies 
  4. White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
  5. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 
  6. Oreos 
  7. Peanut Butter Cookies 
  8. Brownies
  9. Shortbread Cookies
  10. Chocolate Chip Cookies 
  11. Molasses Cookies 
After watching the video and reviewing the list of cookies, I want you to evaluate the recipes and nutritional value of each and put the following on a google document and turn it into google classroom.

  1. Which cookie is your favorite?
  2. Which cookie is of best nutritional value to keep yourself strong in mind and body. (Explain while relating your explanation to the ingredients.   
  3. Produce a list of ingredients and recipe for baking the cookie you believe to be the most nutritional. 
Review work and turn it in to google classroom by (Friday, May 15, 2020 by 3:30 pm).
