Monday, May 18-22, 2020, 4th Period P.E.: Week 9 Workout Log

Hello Everyone,

For each day of the week, please complete three of the muscle groups listed on this workout card:


After completing your workouts, list the workouts you completed each day with type/ weight/ reps. Workout Log needs to be completed by Friday May 22, 2020 at 3:30pm.  You may also want to consider alternative workouts that I will except for a muscle group. Those activities include running at least a mile or interval sprinting, cycling for at least 30 minutes, a Yoga workout, and swimming. Whatever it is, list it in your workout log.
